Terms of Service
By using Pace you agree to what follows. It is short on purpose.
What Pace is
Pace reads the steps recorded by Apple Health on your iPhone and credits PACE tokens for them, subject to a daily cap and the other limits described in the app. Your streak, your daily goal and the badges you earn change how much you are credited. The rates are set by us and can change.
Walking honestly
Credit is for steps you actually walked, recorded by your own device. Steps entered by hand, produced by a machine that shakes your phone, imported from someone else's device, or obtained by tampering with Apple Health are not eligible, and neither is running more than one account. We check for these, and where we find them we may reverse the credit, withhold a withdrawal, or close the account.
About the token
PACE is a reward inside an app. It is not an investment, not a security, not a stake in anything, and carries no promise of value, resale price, liquidity or exchange listing. We do not guarantee that PACE can be sold or converted into money at any price, or at all. Balances may be adjusted to correct errors or abuse. Nothing here is financial advice, and any tax arising from what you receive is yours to handle.
Withdrawals
Once your balance reaches the minimum shown in the app you may withdraw to a Solana wallet address you provide. Check that address: transfers on Solana are final and cannot be reversed by us or by anyone else, and tokens sent to an address you mistyped are gone. Withdrawals may be delayed or declined while we investigate suspected abuse.
Your account
You need an account to hold a balance. Keep your sign-in to yourself. You may delete the account at any time from Settings, which erases your data and any unwithdrawn balance with it — withdraw first if you want to keep it.
Health data
Pace reads step counts from Apple Health and never writes to it. What we collect and why is set out in full in the Privacy Policy. Pace is not a medical device and nothing in it is medical advice; talk to a doctor before starting or changing how much you exercise.
Availability
Pace is provided as it is, without warranty. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it, including the reward rates and the token itself. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything arising out of Pace is limited to the greater of what you have paid us — which is nothing — or ten euros.
Changes
If these terms change, the date above changes. Continuing to use Pace after that means you accept the new version.
