My steps are not showing up

Pace reads steps from Apple Health. Open the iPhone Settings app → Privacy & Security → Health → Pace and check that Steps is switched on. Pace syncs when you open it, so pull down on the Home screen to refresh. Steps recorded before the day you created your account are not counted.

Why did my steps stop earning today?

There is a daily cap on rewarded steps, and a ceiling on how many count within a single hour. Both exist so that a phone in a tumble dryer cannot earn what a walk earns. Walking past the cap still counts toward your goal, your streak and your badges — it just stops minting.

I hit my goal but there is nothing to collect

The daily drop unlocks once you pass your step goal for the day, and can be collected any time before midnight UTC. If you have not reached the goal yet there is nothing to collect.

My withdrawal has not arrived

Withdrawals go to the Solana address saved in the app and are final once sent. Check that the address is the one you meant and that your wallet is on the right network. If the balance left your Pace account and nothing arrived, write to us with the date and the amount.

Deleting my account

Settings → Delete Account. It removes your account and all of your data immediately, including any balance you have not withdrawn — so withdraw first if you want to keep it.

Is PACE worth money?

PACE is a reward inside the app. It carries no promise of value, resale price or exchange listing, and it is not an investment. See the Terms.
